WHAT IS CONVENTION?


Members from all of OCA's chapters around the United States gather annually to celebrate the organization's achievements, recognize outstanding individuals, engage in community building, feast and laugh, and share ideas from different parts of the country. It is an opportunity to learn but also a time to enjoy the company of some wonderful and passionate people.
